There are moments when you get a surprise spectacular sunset and this was one of those evenings.
Travelling back home this afternoon the clouds hung ominously over the mountains creating a very moody atmosphere:
I wasn’t expecting any colour at all when looking out of the window during golden hour, but noticed a small slither of golden light as the time of sunset approached. Seeing the early signs of this turning into something great I dashed out with the camera…
The early colour soon turned into a fiery display lighting up the clouds.
